Quality management system
Our commitment is based on the IFS Standard (International Food Standard) version 6, we renewed our certification at higher level in december 2015.
The quality guide states the commitment of our management as well as our quality policy. It describes the whole production processes, their interactions and their implementations.
The HACCP process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is based on the Dutch standard CCvD-HACCP “requirements for a food safety system based on the HACCP process”.
- Since 1999 : LABEL ROUGE product certification by Certipaq (French quality and origin label)
- Since 2009 : organic products certification by ECOCERT.
