Quality Controls

Internal controls

They are implemented at every step of the manufacturing process, they mainly consist in : temperature, visual and weight checking ; metal detection, pH and steaming controls… All our inspections are recorded in order to enable corrective actions, if needed.

Bacteriological controls

They are applied to :

  • Raw materials ;
  • Finished products ;
  • Working areas and hands hygiene.

Samples are collected according to an annual inspection schedule and analyzed by independent laboratories certified by COFRAC (the French accreditation body).

Internal audits

An internal audits schedule is established on a yearly basis. Those audits enable us to check the implementation of hygiene measures, the smooth running of the traceability system and the respect of the HACCP process. Corrective actions are taken to solve any highlighted problems.
