  • Certified G.M.O. free, not subject to ionisation.
  • Grinding: grinder 7mm.

Ingredients

  • 80% pork meat and/or sow meat (shoulder, collar, belly), 22 % pork fat, 8% of Comté cheese in raw product.
  • Salt, lactose, spices and seasoning agents, dextrose, natural flavouring, sugar, potassium nitrate, starter cultures.
  • May contain traces of nuts.

Straight Salami with hazelnuts 250g

  • Salt, lactose, natural flavouring, dextrose, sugar, spices (including pimento 0,2%) seasoning agents,potassium nitrate, starter cultures.
  • May contain traces of nuts.

Ingredients

  • Pork meat, salt, lactose, glucose syrup,flavourings, sugar, spices and aromatics, antioxidant : sodium ascorbate (E301), preservatives : potassium nitrate, statrer cultures.
